And a new song! Probably one of his better ones in Garage era, lyrically it is making me want to keep coming back and revisiting it and pick at its depth.

I haven't had any issues purchasing from a Chrome browser with Paypal.
It's been a while since I've bought a song without having heard it first in the age of streaming and premieres. I wonder why some songs are behind the pay wall and others are just Soundcloud streamable without the purchase option, since quality doesn't seem to distinguish them and I would support Paul either way. Does he make $200 from a song on Nimbit you can't preview? $1,000?

"Dead Sick Of" gives very 49:00 vibes (probably because it feels like a repetitive snippet) www.drywoodgarage.com/

"Mannequin Shop." Does it count if the switch is a horn sound self-censor?

I'd go with Sorry Ma. I think it represents the album the best and has that scrappy punk quality. Man, for being my favorite band they have some bad album art.

Great album...just picked up the vinyl with the Pledge Music campaign and it looks like they found a way to get more money out of me 6-months later.

Done the trip a few times. Treehouse Records (original Oarfolkjokepus, where Paul passed off the original demo to Jesperson) is directly across from CC Club. All not too far from the Grain Belt wall on the side of a liquor store. Also I recommend kissing somebody on the bus, but please seek permission first.

I'm really digging the new album. I think my favorite tracks are the two released ahead of time "On the Rocks" and "Never Wanted to Know." It's got a great, live spirit and a lot of fun lead guitar work. I think captures the feel of FNiKM and that puts it up as a favorite Tommy release.

Are they reissuing Friday Night Is Killing Me? Yes, it is one of the Pledge Music incentives.

Second on AAA. I love how on the final chorus the vocals breakthrough the music.

beachslang most definitely. against me! led zepplin Yup, a 2015 Beach Slang article in Spin goes: "Also present is Wendy Rollins, the radio DJ who will interview [Beach Slang bandleader James] Alex and (rightfully) compare his work to that of one of his musical heroes, Paul Westerberg, leader of drunk-punk demigods the Replacements..." Guess it's a bit of a cliche for this generation of indie bands to cite the Replacements for cred. I was going to say Beach Slang, but it kind of drives me nuts. While I liked The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us, their 2016 follow-up A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings showed me they didn't have anywhere to go with their sound. It's like the only Replacements song they've ever heard was "Run It" and decided to multiple it times 10 or 20 or however many tracks they've released so far.

And if you say nothing Then that's something I'll understand
So simply sums up the end of a relationship/search for closure or meaning.

As grateful as I am to get anything new from Paul, at times I really wish he'd do some studio recording and not just basement stuff. Listening to the stuff in the car, the depth is missing on a lot of tunes. For a guy that hates complex drumming, he sure has the hi-hat cranked on those tunes. It definitely gives a sharp feeling with all those top-end frequencies.

Anyone catch the "Cowboys in the Campfire" tour? Planning on going next weekend to Richmond, VA.
