And I can't get it for some reason again. Not happy at all.Why not sell tunes on a site that works for everyone?

Yep, not working here either. If them nitwits from nimbit could actually get their code working for the 2 of us, they could get a whole $5.50 from the 2 of us. I bet they're gonna raise the price on it as well in a week or so. F - U - C - K - E - D, that's me!!!

OK,I FINALLY got Nimbit to work for me. I downloaded the Opera browser and used a credit card instead of Paypal.
So,for anyone looking to try something different give this a try.

Continuing Paul's strategy of trying to whittle down his fanbase to only the most devoted handful. If he's still looking for a reason to say, "Why bother?*" then all he has to do is look at the Nimbit numbers and he can point to a lack of interest. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. "But we're really popular with Opera users!" * consequenceofsound.net/2011/08/paul-westerberg-discusses-replacements-reunion-forthcoming-box-set/“I have enough stuff to release [an album] tomorrow, but why bother?”

I haven't had any issues purchasing from a Chrome browser with Paypal.
It's been a while since I've bought a song without having heard it first in the age of streaming and premieres. I wonder why some songs are behind the pay wall and others are just Soundcloud streamable without the purchase option, since quality doesn't seem to distinguish them and I would support Paul either way. Does he make $200 from a song on Nimbit you can't preview? $1,000?

I would guess he's selling quite a few bside. Easily 5,000+ so far, depending on what the numgnutz corp takes, he's seeing some decent return. Agree with Dee, need to go w a more stable Online platform imo.

On Chrome, using PayPal. Once I log in via PayPal site comes up with error message:
"We can't process your payment right now, so please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
Tried to buy both songs. Both times it doesn't work.
Can someone post them to youtube?

The threads for the last two songs have more posts about not being able to get the songs than about the songs themselves. Is nimbit like some post net neutrality website where it only works on certain browsers?
Their support is only geared toward the artists who put music on nimbit and not the people trying to purchase it.There isn't a simple way to contact them for customer service issues. If there is a preferred browser or anything like that, there should be a link right there to download it.
Hopefully PW or his management decides to go with either more provider options or a better one.

I don't see how many people outside this forum and a handful of music blogs would even know about it. His name isn't even on the website. Even his Soundcloud name is just a string of numbers. He's going out of his way to make sure that people don't find it. He'd sell thousands more if he had just put them on iTunes and Amazon like anybody else interested in reaching their audience and making some money would.

Firefox/Paypal worked for me first try, both times. I wonder if it's some flash or java version or setting issue rather than a browser issue. I do like this song though. It sounds pretty natural and comfortable for him. One of my favs of the bunch.

Well, if he's trying to alienate the people who love him, it worked...I don't have the time or the patience to jump through a bunch of hoops..."I have a bunch of new songs, but you can't hear them"...Yeah, o.k., Paul...I'll just listen to the old ones...I'd offer you a Valium, but I can't get any, either...

I'm using Chrome/Paypal on a PC and both purchases went smoothly for me. Try this email address for customer service issues fanpurchases@nimbit.com

It's a PW hoe-down. This whole dimwit Nimbit business feels like bumping your head in the basement crawlspace trying to dig out the VHS player and assorted cables to watch a shake-y old home video from a time period that you don't think of very fondly anyway. Or Paul pulling the proverbial football out from under his fans. Can't say I'm surprised Paul doesn't give a shit. It wouldn't be very becoming of him to really try anyhow.
