Cheers, Greg

I plan ahead to procrastinate. Any idea when the last opportunity to buy these from First Act or WalMart might be? or anywhere else might be?
Also, could a lefty play this guitar?

Well, Hendrix could. And I bet they might have a model at the store in Boston. When I was there, pre-PW model, they had one of just about everything on their walls. It is a very cool store, even without the PW model.

That is a really killer deal. They are nice guitars. They will be good collector items much like the old Silvertones www.myspace.com/randallgreg

I would buy it for novelty's sake, but I need to save my dough for a Telecaster or a Les Paul.

I would love to buy this just for the box it comes in. But you can't get stuff shipped to the UK from US online shops. I feel very very frustrated.

From the Toys R Us site, if you create a Google account to complete the purchase, you can save another $10 on the guitar.

I just ordered it. I couldn't pull the trigger as an impulse buy when it was $160, but at this price, I couldn't resist.
With taxes and shipping & handling, my total price was $99.16 (I didn't create the google account to get the extra, extra $10 off).
I'm guessing the quality can vary quite a bit from guitar to guitar, so I'm hoping I'll get a decent one.

At $88, I couldn't pass it up. Now if they were selling Jazzmasters at that price...
What sort of kickback do you think PW gets from each sale?
