My cousin used to bowl with someone who had no hands. Did she just set down the bowling ball and push it off down the lane with her foot?

She tossed it down the lane with her nubs.
(I know how un-pc that sounds, but really, that's the best way I could describe it.)

Anybody hear if the hand is fully recovered? I've heard rumours that PW's been recording, so I am optimistic all is well.

As of June 2007, he was: "one-third of the way to being possibly 80 percent all better." In other words, the doctor told him it would take 18 months to recover from the injury -- damaged nerves in the webbed area between the ring and pinkie finger -- and he would regain only 80 percent use of his hand. www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003645577So by now (six months later), he should by two-third of the way to possibly being 80 percent all better.

A year after PW's screwdriver-through-hand incident, a little girl in Minnesota suffered a screwdriver-through-eye-and-into-brain incident. She's going to be okay, amazingly. Gruesome X-ray Alert (don't scan down if you want to avoid seeing it):
