What's this talk of a MySpace page? I haven't seen anything of the sort... myspace.com/dontcares/music/songsthe link was embedded as a hyperlink by one of the posters....

Ah, I see. It sounded like the posters were referring to the MySpace page being of Paul and Jualiana's "I don't cares" but that page was the one I had already found, which is clearly the other "I don't cares"

sounds to me like this could have fit right in (musically, not necessarily lyrically) on the Open Season soundtrack. Songs either sound good to us or they don't. On first listen and again through subsequent listens.......I'm in. I like it. But....I like Jingle. And for that matter, I liked and still like mmmBop. I live in a universe where F*$& School and good pop music like this can and do coexist.

We'll I'm late to the news. Something new is good with me. I think Paul could use some lightheartedness, so I'm all for it.

It is a bit of fluff and pretty catchy, but at least he's continuing to record. Hoping the rest of the album will be better.

I keep thinking of The Both, which is Ted Leo and Aimee Mann. It's really a great record. If Paul & Juliana pull off something along those lines but in their own way I'd be pretty happy. Juliana's stuff in general isn't usually as dark as Paul's, so I'd be surprised to get something really dark and gloomy (or rocking), but who knows. Even if it doesn't live up to what I think it could be, I'm happy that he's back to making music so quickly after the `mats run, that it involves someone else (ie, not just a bored, perpetually-self-doubting dude in his basement) and that it appears that it will see the light of day at some point soon. Now if they could just arrange a partner-swap type thing so Paul and Ted Leo would make music together, that could really be something.

I know the album Wild Stab will be available digitally and on CD on the 22nd. Does anyone know whether or not it will be available on vinyl?

I love this upbeat version of Born For Me.
This is the best singing Paul's done is quite some time - they sound great on this one.

I bought it on Amazon Music. It's 9pm on the west coast and it just downloaded for me.
