Not my favorite tune, but some interesting guitar work. Two chord forms listed means they alternate between the suspension and the vanilla chord.

As he moves the note on the D string down by one fret for each new B chord, he often plays the open D string in between them.

Verse is just a B chord, sometimes with the first finger lifted to open A then back down, and these licks (the first one is very consistent; the second is a sort of suggestion based on random licks)

pretty sure this is played with similar tuning and chords as iou. a dropped B tuning. drop the A to a B. instead of the A chord you have listed i believe it's x.0.2.1.2.0 but remember it's also with a dropped B instead of A. so the guitar would read x, B, E, Ab, C#, E.
iou and dirty pool both have that turn around off of the B chord. x.0.0.2.3.0 then x.0.2.1.2.0. the B chord he plays is simply x.0.4.4.x.x or x.0.4.4.0.x depending on how lazy you want to play it or if you have to set yourself up for the next chord change or riff.
paul also plays the actual riff (not chord) on the chorus. the riff contains single notes not chords.
the other turn around in the song are bar chords. generally played as 3.3.x.x.x.x and 5.5.x.x.x.x however he usually leaves pinky and ring finger available to hammer on or riff the chord usually on the 6th of the chord or the octave of the chord.
i believe it's also "shoot em' off black" not "spew in glass". but who cares?

I think you're right. With the A string tuned up to B, the chords would be:

The very end is the opening lick again, but instead of the last two chords, just walk down the notes on the A string from 3rd fret to open.
