lol. it's just gibberish... any resemblance to real Spanish (or a cohesive thought) I think is purely coincidental.
"toma me castile la blanca" is I think his attempt at saying take me to the white castle. "arriba perro en dios" - top dog in god? or "arriba pero en dios" - but in god above "santo el gato" - holy cats... or he might have been going for saint cat? "la casa del padre" - house of the father (I assume god)
