brad - thanks, i appreciate it. i really DID think about how the covers would sound, and goddamn if i didn't nail it on some of those (the libertines ARE great, and would do the mats proud, by the way).
billy - i'm not even gonna quibble on your attributing "another girl/another planet" to paul and/or the mats because you mentioned both the junk monkeys & god's favorite band. bless you! (and your choices are pretty good, too)

I know scooterboy,that was kinda weak...but i saw them close a show in Santa Barbara in 1990,with those 2 songs, it was smokin! As for the clash,if joe was alive. later....right on ,have a nice day.
