Respectfully disagree. This is a film about diehard fans profoundly touched by a relatively obscure rock band that never made it past one foot in the door, the other in the gutter. It's about people like us. The band is the vehicle, the common denominator, but not the star of the film, hence the title. I too would love to see an all-access type rockumentary with band interviews, live performances etc but that's not what "Color Me Obssessed" is. I truly enjoyed the film and the narrative it provides on the enduring legacy of a great band.

I'm at work...so bored...this doc was awful! I had to return it to Amazon...I made my boyfriend watch it and he said, 'This is the Replacements? It's just a bunch of old fat guys reminiscing! Where are the songs?'
I think this film missed the mark completely..but then, I wasn't even born when they came out so who am I to say.
