It's actually Fante, not Sante. Check out his books: Dago Red, Brotherhood of the Grape, Wait Until Spring Bandini, 1933 Was A Bad Year. Yes it is, typo. |

RJ answered that LW (i.e. Lucinda Williams) dueted with Paul on Born for Me. But it was actually the old country song, Wild Side of Life.

FirstAvenueFiend already mentioned NYC night 1, but there was a second deliberate elbow cutting in Norfolk, Virginia.
