i haven't read through the posts here, but you should all go to the harp when you are in milwaukee. not because it is some awesome place, but you can see the scorch marks on the patio handrail where i accidently lit it on fire with a flaming shot.
the "y not II" is a great little bar that i have been drunk at many, many times.
the cactus club is bayview (south milw.) is cool, and i used to live down the street from it.
have fun. i'm jealous.

I'd be fine with the Water Street Brewery. We could probably just cab it over there. The Harp looks pretty cool as well and is the same distance away. They say they have traditional pub food but couldn't find a menu. There's a link for info about the place below. I'm leaning towards Water Street Brewery because from what it sounds like there's other places around it in case we want to hop around a bit. www.planet99.com/milwaukee/bars/5226.html

Water Street Brewery. 1101 N. Water Street Milwaukee, WI 53202 (414) 272-1195 Anyone else notice how that 80sAirwaves guy disappeared after realizing what he got himself into with that "buying the regulars a beer" thing? I'll call and give them a head's up about how many people are going to be there. Soooo, how many people are going to be there?I think we should go - 7-ish? That should give us plenty of time. Hello? Helllloooo?
P.S. I think my friend Dan will be going too, and even though I know it is difficult for all of us to be kind, and then to each other, and then to anyone in the outside world, I'd really appreciate it if at least no one called him names.

(Hopefully my crew will get there on time..) Doors are at 8, I think we'll need more than an hour to eat and get a good drink on. Especially if we're also going to need to arrange for cabs over to the place. I say we do like the chicago plan and go for 5:30.

Hello all Milwaukee folk!
There is a reservation under "Westerberg" at:

For 5-ish - 5:30-ish on Thursday.
Please feel free to go in and be seated, start eating, whatever. Since me and mine won't be in until a little later, I am not going to make all of you wait on us. Anyone else coming in late, I hope you feel the same.

See y'all tonight!
I've also burned an extra copy of the Replacements DVD set, We Don't Want To Be on TV, that circulated on EZT earlier in the year. If you don't have a this video compilation, be the first to find the dork in the 80s Airwaves jersey at the brewery and it's yours!
