bought mine last week, will be taking a semi converted buddy. Never been to Headliners before but it looked decent on their site.
Good things happen when you see Dubya in Louisville.

Headliners is a great venue. I myself played with a band on that same stage almost exactly a year ago with Paul K. and the Weathermen. And I doubt you've heard of them.
Anyway, yeah it should be a very cool show. I had to drive 4 and a half hours to see him in Columbia 2 weeks ago, but this is only an hour and 45 minutes from my home. I am totally stoked. Hope to see some of you people there.

I just ordered my ticket. I had to wait a week after driving to Memphis to see Paul before I could ask my wife if I could go to Louisville too. I still got the "we'll talk about it later..." and "gas prices sure are high now" but she wins the "Wife of the Year (or at least month)" award for relenting!
I'm stoked and reaaaaaalllllllly hoping to see an encore this time and possibly meet the gang after the show.

I just ordered my ticket. I had to wait a week after driving from Indy to Memphis to see Paul before I could ask my wife if I could go to Louisville too. You ASKED? What a rookie! ;D And too bad there's no show at the Vogue. You should try the Cincy show too, its only 100 miles from Indy!

That's what 18 years of brainwashing, I mean marriage, will do to you!
Also, I was hoping for a Cincy show but I only saw Columbus and Cleveland as the Ohio cities. Louisville won't bee too bad though - about 2 hours away for me.

Also, I saw him at the Vogue the last time around - very good show (he sang Unsatisfied - worth the ticket just for that gut-wrenching rendition).

I was ready to give MY wife an award! I'm hoping to catch an encore I missed in Memphis, too. She feels bad about Memphis, so I'm letting her take me to Louiville. That's just how nice I can be Got the tickets in the mail Fri. (She hears "what a day..." & "far as I know" and can't figure out why they aren't hits!).

Downtown is 2-3 miles from the club, where you'll find plenty of hotels... nothing is right next door or walking distance that I could find.

Thanks Regular! If you do stay downtown I can recommend the Brown. Though it can be kinda pricey, its nice.

I'm tentatively on for Louisville. Hopefully tentatively will turn into absolutely. I'm working on it.

cincinnati will be listed as Covington, its right across the river. I guess that shows my geographical ignorance. Thanks for the information and all of your other suggestions and advice.

We missed the encore at the Memphis show too. Silly us, thinking a show was over because everyone left the stage, PW had sung the last song from the dressing room and just about everyone had left The New Daisy.
So, we're following PW to Louisville, staying till we hear the bus leave and the next town welcome him. Hope this time we see the encore.

Is anyone familiar with Headliner's camera policy?
