hmmm, well since you may have called me cute i suppose i hope it was me! but friday night i was up there..i was in the ledge...row B all by my lonesome yes that was me, if thats who you thought it could be. what a great show. saturday i was on the floorin the back. and last night i was 4th row on the right on the floor..then up at the stage of course! Were you the kid I talked to in the "refreshment" line Saturday, and asked if you were British? There was a young one to my left on Friday night in the loge, and I only had a vague memory of reading about some other poster being in that seat, and I think I confused it with whomever it was that was flying over to see the show.

Faith should have told me of her wandering eye, I might have been able to tip you off to her whereabouts. But Pearl Jam?

Oh, you were the hot blonde that was more in my peer group? Someone wise did suggest we all wear our avatars and now we know why. Those seats were good, if you send me a PM with your email, I send over a decent stage shot that I took with the digital.

Although that would have worked, I object to having to wear Axl Rose, even if it is making fun of him. Just weird. Though thanks to the adorable Jimmy for the avatar compliment at the show, even though I didn't get one of those sweet-ass lighters he made.

Hey Faith, I flew solo on Friday in the balcony, row E, on the right side, with an empty seat between the aisle and I. I highly doubt I'd qualify as a 'cute guy' though, 'old fart' would probably be a better description.
And I, too, am curious about these ass lighters.

how do ass lighters work? Don't give me sass, boy, you didn't even introduce yourself to me during this weekend. I will meet you. You evade me this time, but my time will come. Mark my words! And for the record, I was on the floor on Friday, the balcony Saturday, and the Loge on Sunday. Also managed to scurry my way down in front for all three shows. If you saw a really short girl with a messenger bag, that was probably me.

Hi, New to the board, I brought my 13 year old son Elliott to all 3 shows, he is a big PW fan and turning his buddies on. We were in the front row for the 1st two shows and 3rd row for Sundays show.
On Saturday when we were leaving Paul's manager approached us because he saw that Elliott knew the words to all the songs. When he asked if Elliott would like to meet Paul, the kid got tears in his eyes he was so happy. He gave us passes to go backstage.
When we got back there Jim (Bass) hit it off great with Elliott. Jim then brought us into Paul's dressing room where he and Michael (Drummer) were. The guys were great. Paul let me video tape him with his arm around Elliott while they talked, he autographed the tickets, Michael gave him some of his suckers. Jim gave him some CD's of a old blues musician. We met Kathy from this board (what a great job she is doing here), Everyone was great.
To sum it up in Elliott's words "It was the greatest day of his life".
The kid has not been the same since and I hope he never has to be apart of "Make a Wish Foundation" cause nothing they could do would touch this.
Thanks, Craig

Apparently, you've been driving Axl to the recording studio everyday, which would explain why Chinese Democracy is taking so long to be finished.... ;D (Sorry Scooter, that's the last time I'll bring this up....promise...) Crosses fingers behind back

Murhpy, I saw you and your son with the CDs come out the back door while I was waiting. That's pretty cool. I was the kid with the red Smile shirt waiting for Paul after the show. Seeing the door open and seeing Paul was pretty . I brought my Come Feel Me Tremble DVD to get signed, and my friend Tim brought the Folker album. Before he signed my DVD he spilled his drink, mostly on his own stuff, but also a bit on my shoe. It's still on it lol. I told him that Come Feel Me Tremble was my favorite album of his, and he said something I couldn't understand. I thought I heard him say "Me too", but I don't know. When my mom was getting the poster signed (she would have brought the Let It Be record if she had thought to bring something) she told her story (one I have heard many times) about the first time she heard I Will Dare. He signed her poster with "I Will Dare", which was cool. She told him how her 16 year old son (me) was really into him and he said "That's goood". Then I was like "Could I have a hug?" and he said "You sure can!" I was expecting a let's get this done kind of hug, but he gave me a great big one lol. That was pretty nice. My friend Mark was really jealous, he would have gone but he had to go hunting with his dad. But about the concert. WOW! I knew it would be pretty good, and I thought it would be amazing, but it was so much more. It really was just about perfect. Tim and I were blown away. It was atleast my second favorite concert I've been to. I have to think about it a bit before it dethrones Prince though. I think the biggest highlight for me was "Waitress In The Sky" since I really didn't expect it, and it's a lot of fun. There were too many highlights and "moments" to mention though. So in short, it was good.

Amazing stories from Murphy and MrTB. Helps explain why we love him. And the stories of night three help explain that ongoing question of why the mats didn't make it big (and Paul often gives us the sh***). Paul didn't want to / couldn't stomach it / can't be anything other than his honest (and dys./ADHD/bi-polar?) self.
