FYI people, keep checking TM, I just checked now and there are decent floor seats available for both nights. It looks like the availibity of tickets comes and goes, there were none available on Friday but here they are again!

This is an open love letter to Ticketmaster Customer Service, who two weeks after a horrible incident in which a TM phone operator erased my Oct. 21 Rock for Karl tickets, "found" two replacement tickets, which I happily lapped up today.

I love you. You earned every penny of your convenience charge.
