I have a 1976 Marshall JMP MKII 50w Lead Head that has Groove tubes in it right now. There is no master volume on this amp. I am using a 100w Mass attenuator to control volume.
This amp goes into overdrive at around 2 and is not as loud as I would think.
Can I switch the tubes to make it louder and have it start overdriving at a higher volume setting?
