or E, A, C#, E, A, C# (from low to high) if you don't want to use a capo.

I used the Ameoba instore DVD to help me figure this one out. Now I know why I couldn't figure this one out before, it was that damn tuning.

This tuning is also used on some other tracks on Stereo/Mono such as "Got You Down," and one or two others.

I think there's already a High Time Tab posted somewhere on here. I don't think it's complete, so I might try to finish it when I get a chance. I'll probably try and crack a few other ones first though.

Seems to be the tuning he uses for "Be Bad For Me" as well...

Also you can play it with in STD with just a G-D pattern with palm muting. This is how Jim played it when they would switch it up in the last tour.
