I can play this one with simple ol' power chords, but I would be forever indebted to anyone who can tell me how to play the intro riff..

I play it a little different, G string: 8-11, 8-11, 8, 4-6 B string: open through all
Hell hit the high e open too, just have at it.
Verse: G#m, B, G#m, F#, E, F#, B
And if you really want to sound like Paul, don't play the E major as a cowboy chord, but as a D-suspended, bar at the second fret. Git it? (Like a D chord moved up two frets--g string fourth fret, b string fifth fret, all the others barred at second fret. Sorry, I'm at work too.)
Chorus: B, E (same damn weird E, by the way).
Bridge: Ah, just wing it. Throw a C#m, a G#m, and an F#m in there, play it fast, nobody'll know you don't know it (works for me). I just play the bridge from Rocks Off fast and backwards and it seems to work.
Hope I haven't confused you even more.

Woops, before the thanking ...
I got a typo in there. The chorus is E-B and "the daughters and the sons of no one" turnaround part is E-F#-B.
Sorry 'bout that.
