I did hear on one PW field recording where he says to someone in the audience that the song is "in bluegrass tuning" and it's too hard for him to play or something along those lines. Does anyone have any idea which song that "bluegrass tuning" might be used for? And what the heck is a "bluegrass tuning"?

Since he's said that he liked Joni Mitchell, I'm wondering if maybe he's used some of her guitar tunings.
