I'm not sure about the re-issues, but I do know that around the "Fakebook" event, Paul had mentioned he had sent over 60 'complete' songs to his management/label.

i have heard a rumor from someone who i trust that paul has been recording (or has recorded) a bunch of stuff at kevin bowe's home studio with his only friends.
for what it is worth.
