They are all 5 star classics to me.
Let It Be is a slop rock version of what a classic rock album should be...
Tim is a songwriting showcase unlike anything else in rock and roll history...
And Pleased to Meet Me is sort of a meeting of the two. I think PTMM could have been even better if they had gotten better vocal takes on things like Nevermind and Valentine...but hell, that's nitpicking.

a better vocal take on 'Valentine' Is that possible? They did some sessions with Bob playing where Valentine really has a whole other feel to it. More down and dirty.

As great as 'Valentine' is, the vocal on the record is pretty tame compared to the way he belts it out live. I'm thinking especially of the clip on 'Come Feel Me Tremble'. If we could take a vocal performance as intense as that and ally it to the sound of the band on 'Pleased to Meet Me' then I wouldn't be posting on this message board, I'd be off somewhere listening to 'Valentine'...
