Someone put Johnny Cash's famous bird-flip pic in the same place, behind the CD tray on "The Legend of Johnny Cash" which was released about a year after Folker.

During PW's last tour, this photo was displayed on Michael Bland's bass drum:  Six months earlier, Monkey and his Jewel tribute band, "Pieces Of Jewel", ended a 3 month tour:  Coincidence? |
