For those interested my source at Rhino now says the 2disc remasters of Tim and Pleased To Meet Me along with the single disc Don't Tell A Soul (didn't mention All Shook Down) are now scheduled for May'07 and the Replacements Box Set is scheduled for Sept '07

Would DTAS be single-disc because there are fewer outtakes to include? Because the general (though not at all unanimous) fan opinion seems to be the DTAS is the one that needs the most remastering. OK, people say the same about Tim too.

I thought there was a whole other album from the DTAS sessions that was scrapped in favor of the current songs.

On the same token, I wonder what could be paired with Tim to make up two discs. Not an awful lot of outtakes from that session. Maybe a live show from around that time?

Maybe the Alex Chilton sessions that Left Of The Dial and Nowhere Is My Home came from were more extensive than whats circulated on the bootlegs.....
