honestly, i think many of us (i certainly do) have all the b sides, and bootlegs we can deal with/or that exist.
new songs are great, but i am hesitant. there really is no replacements unless they are a functioning entity. trying to recapture the spirit in the studio might go a long way to tainting their legacy; at least in the minds of assholes like me.*
i vote for reinterpretations of older songs. done by older, wiser cats. in fact, i say the boxset should be called "i.o.u.", and i would like to hear an acoustic version of it.
*i am TOTALLY looking forward to the two new songs in june!

i voted for reinterpretations of older songs too. but not by cats. that is ridiculous. maybe zebras.
then i remembered when Gordan Sumner destroyed one of the best all time songs ever, Don't Stand So Close To Me. i'd rather hear Puff Daddys "I'll be there fo you"
how cool would it be to see a Paul and Tommy unplugged ala Rod Stewart and Ron Wood bashing and poping out some of the old tunes?

i do sincerely believe Paul and Tommy will be on the stage together again. in recent interviews with both you can sense a admiration for each other and whatever differences they had are melting.

I think it'd be great to have all (or most) of the b-sides in one place. Burned cd's don't do it for me.

I'd like to hear some quality live recordings . I have heard the crappy bootlegs for about 20 years
