There are a few songs on besterberg that i seem to feel differently about now than i did before hearing them on besterberg.
i'm not sure if it's the remixing, or the grouping and placement of the songs next to each other, or what exactly it is.
i think too, like ttbo mentioned, we now have a catalogue of songs that spreads out over decades - they all kinda fit into place differently instead of, the "old stuff vs. the new stuff". now they are all just pw songs, if that makes sense.
dyslexic heart fer instance.....as soon as that puppy fires up with the nana's, i love it in a way that i didn't ten years ago. and i love that it's the opening song....
then, runaway wind....the track placement on besterberg makes me really notice it for some reason, and when he says, "here i am" right at the beginning of the guitar thingy (i'm sure you musical types have a term for this), my breath catches in my throat a little, in a way it never did before i heard it on besterberg....
