... like "23 Years Ago" in Texas, "Kentucky Rain" in Louisville, "Left of the Dial" in S.F. ... Milwaukee Chicago Louisville (again?!) Columbus Cleveland Covington, (KY again??!) Detroit Boston Washington, DC Philadelphia
OK, "Got You Down" for Columbus, for starters ...

Why is "got you down" for Columbus? Fill me in.
The only Columbus songs I know are by Mark Eitzel or American Music Club (Outside This Bar, Welcome to Whitehall, a couple more) but no way Paul would ever cover them. Although, I know he and Eitzel were friendly years ago and AMC used to open for the Mats whenever they played San Francisco. I'd love to hear him cover an AMC/Eitzel song.
(If you've never heard of Eitzel or AMC, you need to check them out this minute. You won't be disappointed.)

Good one ... how does that 212 thing work exactly on stage? He says the phone number , (212) (313) (739) 1351 something like that ... they might all be Area codes... I know 212 & 313 & 739 are... I don't know what1351 is.

Here in Atlanta we could have:
"Sweet Georgia breezes" from Left of the Dial. Or we could get "I'm Bobby Lewis and I'll be performing at the Atlanta F-wad for the next two months thank you very much, the Confederate dollar is not taken here".

Down in Memphis we had Alex Chilton with "If he died in Memphis, then that'd be cool"...
...well, at least that's what it sounded like muffled from outside the venue (damn you lucky bastages Kathy and Swinging Party!)
