cool, cool.. yeah, the band sounded amazing and Paul was totally having fun. Bland must have some special skins on that thing cause a normal set couldnt withstand!

Hey Michael, how about doing a tour journal on here? Check in once in a while and give us your take on things from the road.

Thanks to Nudge for capturing and Kathy for posting for those of us that forgot to tape it. I liked the side shot where you see the monitor overhead broadcasting the performance. And whoever brought up the unibomber sketch had it nailed!

My good wife woke me up at 1:07 to tell me Paul was coming on but I just couldn't drag myself out of bed. that IS a good wife! paul and the band did great, but paul did sound like circa-1983 michael stipe up there. but, I'll take it!

They didn't sound good. But they did conjure up the Mats a bit up there. It was just a throw off, with Paul's new penchant for purposely singing out of tune. The only thing is that Paul fans are used to it, but to the layman, it may have seemed amateur. The drummer is incredible though, and Paul at least looked good.

Your segment was the only thing worth while in that show. Sorry, just not the funniest thing I've ever seen. But then you guys came on and it was awesome! One of the best performances I've ever seen on any Late Night show...

I didn't like that song at the two shows I went to, but I loved watching the clip.
mBland - you rock the house.

Can't say this was a good appearance, I was sorely disappointed. Us hardcore fans can forgive the fact that he was tired, but if I was at one of the L.A. shows that sounded like that, I wouldn't be too happy. The band was smokin' and Paul just wasn't trying too hard. We KNOW he can do better than that. Plus think of all the people who don't know about him and thought, what was that? Please, sing the proper lyrics and be a little in tune. Try harder!
