I'm gonna guess Fallon or Seth Myers. Fallon line-up for the 9th: Keith Richards, Debra Messing
FWIW-both of them don't have a musical act listed

Sounds like David Letterman's voice edited onto the end of the clip.

That's definitely Fallon's voice and the Tonight Show set at the end of the video. Can't believe they're going to be on national television again!
This band is having fun and seems to be ramping up for more. No reason for them to go on television if they're not looking to increase their presence and it can't be just to gloat about a few sold-out appearances that are coming up. Not saying they'll announce more dates or an album on Tuesday, but it certainly doesn't feel like they're gonna finish out dates and Paul will retreat back to his basement. There can only be good things to come...

Seen Your Video? (It's only rock & roll) Now THAT would be epic.
My guess is Left of the Dial.....

I'd bet they'll play but not do an interview. It seems like they just wanna play the gigs and not the game.

Interesting possibilities with Keef and the Roots (closing Boston Calling after the Mats).
What a week, Boston, St. Paul and now the Tonight Show!!!!!

Will this be a classic Mats foot-shootin'?
Some part of me thinks they're right now reaching into their deep bag of tricks for the mother of all cover songs. (I'm prompted to think this because earlier today while out walking around, my iPod spun to Paul's endearing rendition of "What Kind of Fool Am I" from Dead Man Shakes.)
Some other part of me wishes the lads would use this opportunity to show the world that they are one of the greatest - tho I'd say THE greatest - bands to come out of America.
(Maybe take a page from Alex Chilton's Big Star appearance some years ago: one last time to set the record straight about all the hype.)
Either way, everything's coming up roses for me and for youuuuuuu.

That clip reminds me of a long-standing frustration I have with not being able to find a good quality video/DVD of The Replacements SNL performances. The YouTubes clips out there range from poor quality to so-so and yet here in this brief montage the color and sound look very good. I remember hearing once that one of the reissues might contain a disc with those performances which never happened. Oh, some day... I hope!
Anyway- looking forward to Tuesday night!

I was pleased to see someone was able to dig up close to quality footage as well.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon released a "This Week's Artists" list of songs on Spotify. It includes Unsatisfied and Bastards of Young for the Replacements.
