Looking for a place to offer/buy tickets for the Riotfest shows with no luck; thought I'd offer this post as a place for fans to buy/sell tickets at face value.
And I'll start!
I've one extra for Toronto, VIP ticket for Sunday only. Will offer for face and I'll eat the service fees. Can also provide a carpool from SW Ohio that will go through Detroit on the way to Toronto, leaving on Saturday and returning on Monday. Send a msg if interested.

I posted about this previously on a different thread. The tickets are non-transferable. My ticket was purchased with my husband's charge card and his name is on the ticket (it was just a single ticket for me). I had to contact Ticketfly and my husband had to email a scan of his credit card, ID, plus a letter stating that I was in fact the one going to the show. The tickets are being exchanged for wristbands apparently, and this is when they'll check ID. Maybe you'd have to be the one to get the wristband and then give it to the person you're selling to. I imagine this is all to prevent scalping.

I checked the Ticketfly website the other day and saw this regarding someone else using tickets you bought:
I couldn't find “Tickets are Non-transferable” on the tickets I have. I'd assume someone other than the original purchaser should be able to use them without an issue.

I have a physical ticket but emailed Ticketfly back in June just to be safe. Maybe I received incorrect info but she replied that I would have a problem and she fixed it for me. I'm not at home so can't check if my ticket says non-tranferable; I was just worried because my husband's name was on it. Will take a look at my ticket later.

I have an extra V.I.P. ticket for Sunday. The ticket has purchased by: <my name>, but doesn't say it's nontransferable. So could I sell it to someone and give it to them the day before or something, or would they have to be with me when I enter the gates? Is anyone interested? Like the guy who started this thread, I will take face value, minus the fees. Message me if interested.

I bought a McCartney ticket off stub hub, the PDF file type and it had e original buyer's name on it but had no problem getting in. As long as the bar code hasn't earlier been scanned I don't think it's an issue. I've also posted this ticket on stub hub but at a higher price.

I think because this is an outdoor show with no assigned seating and lots of tickets available, it pretty much kills the need for non-transferable tickets.
