"She’s divorced. I’m married. Many are the days I envy her for that alone."
Ouch.
I'm also sorry to read that Paul doesn't receive oral gratification.

This is a bit weird. After I got done checking out all the new threads today, I was planning on starting one called "Albums you didn't hear at the time and the difference it would have made in your life if you had," or maybe something a little shorter.
The album I was gonna choose to start it off: Liz Phair's "Exile in Guyville."

Hey, thanks for the link. Interesting article, and also chuckled at the marriage line. Also liked the way she looked back at her reasoning for another's success. Seems we all get bitten by that bug once in awhile.

Gotta wonder if some of PW's negative comments toward groups or individuals that are clearly influenced by Paul and have become successful are due to feelings of jealousy similar to those his bride confessed to feeling toward Liz Phair.

wow. that whole thing was pretty interesting. she's writing a book, huh? i've always liked her, but she disappeared as far as i know. last heard from during pregnancy with her "pregnant pause" ep.
i'm always hoping grandpaboy will team up with grandmagirl for a rocking album....

Entertaining article. Thanks for the link. Never thought I'd get to hear the wife of my favorite male artist comment on my favorite female artist.
And yeah, gives a small, weird peek into Paul's marriage.

Hope Folker's no Blood on the Tracks
all that cigar smoke though, and the nights in the basement
you notice her article appeared in an online publication, and paul famously ignores the internet. maybe he's none the wiser

I'm shocked she screwed up and gave "woody' (ron wood) credit for any part of Exiles on Main Street. I don't know the woman (Lindeen), but I do know that 90 percent of what I read anymore is factually inaccurate.
It's a cute article until she makes that glaring mistake.
It was Mick Taylor back then ma'am. And anyone with 2 ears who pretends to know music like you did in that article ought to know that.
maybe she ought to go work for Rolling Stone. They regularly make the same brutally stupid errors.
