Kinda scrapin the bottom of the barrel for topics here but ....
What would you call the best segueway between two songs on any PW/Mats record? You don't even have to like the songs, just the way they run together.
Not nec. my fave, but I like: - Sadly Beautiful/Someone Take the Wheel It's not Sgt. Peppers/Help from my Friends, but hey

I have to say I like how (strike down the band) fades out and then the great guitar from Mr. Rabbit kicks off.

This really isn't a sequeway, but has anyone else ever noticed that at the beginning of Time Flies Tomorrow you can faintly hear the fadeout of some other tune? Sounds like it could be Century. I guess maybe Time Flies Tomorrow was originally supposed to third on that album.

I love the way Skyway and Can't Hardly Wait run together, and the 1-2-3 punch of Left of the Dial/Little Mascara/Here Comes A Regular is pretty much the greatest sequence of songs on any album ever.

Never Felt This Way Before/Knockin' Em Back. Kind of similar to Strike Down the Band/Mr. Rabbit. If "Never Felt This Way Before" was any longer it probably wouldn't have worked so well.

Skyway/Hardly Wait....I can hear it over and over. I have always liked the bridge chorus HEY first heard on Valentine. Thats the Mats for me.

You left off "Lay It Down Clown"! Is there something about the transition from "Lay It Down Clown" to "Left of the Dial" you don't like? Never Felt This Way Before/Knockin' Em Back. Kind of similar to Strike Down the Band/Mr. Rabbit. If "Never Felt This Way Before" was any longer it probably wouldn't have worked so well. Right on, sister.

Mostly the "Lay It Down Clown" part. I had a feeling that might be it. Warning: under a Kucinich administration, people who express dislike for that song can expect to be audited.
