So if you watch this live footage: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_BtDjlhYtU you'll hear Paul tune a string to open Bb at the beginning. This is because on the recent tours they all tuned down a half step, and he's tuning the A string up to "B."
To play along with the record tune to open Em7 like this:

The alternate chords at the ninth fret are what he plays in the video, as far as I can tell, but the versions at the 2nd fret sound more like the recording to me.
