Don't forget: - recorded music purchases, downloads, etc. (incl. aol, harp, rome) - tickets and fees and scalpers - travel expenses (transatlantic, cross-country) - your car rental, bus transfer or cab fare - babysitter pay or kennel fees - local mugger's rates in vicinity of scala, quest, pantages - food and lodging (beer for breakfast) - that two buck dress

1 night at the scala = £15 3 nights at the Pantages = £90+ return flights from London to Minneapolis = £350 4 nights accomodation in Mpls = £120 and i dont even wanna go into merchandise, drink, food, drink, drink etc etc... do i win?

Well since I just decided to make the run for Friday's show my investment is probably triple what it could have been!!
It's the non stop flights to get there and back that got me!!
Am really excited. And all I had to do was read the Scala reviews today and I was done.....

1. Return airfare (Dublin/London) €38 (the Von Ryanair express) + show ticket €21
2. Hotel (one night in Euston Station kip) €111
3. Beef chow mein at Lee Ho Fooks (props to Warren Zevon) €25
4. Gargle €80 (approx. best guess @ avg €5 per jar)
5. Phal curry at Kings Cross Tandoori €30 (includes after-dinner suppositories)
6. Day-after hair-cut and shiatsu €30 (jayzus me head!)
7. Thursday visit to doctor's in Dublin €40 (painkiller prescription - no charge - insurance claim)
8. The craic - feckin' priceless!!!!!!! I'd do it again tomorrow!
