Hadn't found this one anywhere, so here's my take:
Capo 2
320010 Get up from a dream and I look for rain
x32010 Take an amphetamine and a crushed rat's brain
320010 / 2xx010 / x32010 How am I feelin / Better I /suppose
320010 How am I lookin I don't want the truth
x32010 What am I doin I ain't in my youth
320010 / 2xx010 / x32010 I'm past my prime / Or was that just /a pose
x02010 / x2x010 / x32010 It a wonderful lie / I still get by on / those
Excuse the formatting, but I think you get the picture. This is my best guess, as my ear is terrible and my playing almost as bad...(my breath is minty fresh though)

I have it a little (a lot) different.
The main progression I play is A (x02200) D (XX0230) ?(244222) D(XX023 0-2)It sounds right to me.

I haven't tried to figure this one out yet, but I'm pretty sure that PW said he used 'Nashville Tuning' for it. That's also the same tuning used on Stones' "Wild Horses."

I've been playing (320033-x32033-x22033-x32033) for the main part... What do you play for the chorus bit?

Hmm...
Maybe
044200 for the F#m... Watching clips of it, Paul doesn't take his index finger off the D when he switches over.

I'm one one of those "keep it as simple as possible" strummers so I've gone with standard tuning, no capo and:
D Get Up from a dream and I look for rain, Take an G amphetamine and a crushed rat brain D How am I feeling? Better I G Suppose
etc, to chorus: Its a
Em Wonderfull Lie and I C Still get by on and I'll still get by on G Those It's a Em Wonder Lie and I C Still get by on D Those
Stay with D into next verse.
Sorry about the weird spacing- wanted the chords to lie correctly with the words. Watcha think?
