Ever since my son found my bootleg vinyl version of this classic mess of a show, he's wanted to hear it (my turntable needs a cartridge). Does anybody have it on disc?

I have a question about the December 1984 CBGB's gig. I have heard what, to my ears, are two completely different recordings of the same show. One has excellent sound quality with crystal clear vocals and a beautifully full guitar sound. It must have been a soundboard recording (?).
The other version sounds like an audience tape. The sound is not as good and the crowd is definitely more prominent. (e.g. after Tommy plays the first solo melody of "Let It Be", a person can clearly be heard screaming "Sweet Home Alabama!" This is hardly discernible on the "soundboard" version.)
So my question: Am I correct that there are two version? If so, is there a complete version of the good sounding one? Because I have only been able to find a complete version of the audience tape.
By the way, I am just crazy about this gig. There are some songs that I just listen to over and over! (Lovelines w/rant, Easier Said Than Done, Let It Be (Fuck School), I Got You Babe). I really wish I had the clean version of The Clam and September Girls(Customer).
Thanks in advance
