We really need to set up a tab section.....
I just figured this out. Capo on 1st fret. Play chords as written, using capo to change pitch. All chords 1st position type, no bar chords, letting open strings ring out.
Intro: Em7 - D - G
Verse: Csus2 (regular C chord but 3rd fret B string instead of 1st fret) - G - Em - D - G - Em7 - G - Em7 - D - Csus2
It just repeats this part until the bridge ("he's got you down, baby"....) which goes:
Bridge: Csus2 - Csus2(move the 3rd fret 5th string to the 4th fret while holding a regular Csus2 chord, mute D string and let the rest ring) - Csus2 - D - Csus2
Enjoy! Trying to get "Only Lie Worth Telling" but he is using a weird tuning that is driving me crazy trying to figure it out. I'll post if I get anything.....

17 years later... Whoa, that perfect! THANK YOU! I probably might have figured out the chord just now I think it is the same one as Let the Bad Times Roll D#, G#, C, D#, G#, C (from low to high) Basically it goes with these four chords 2x0203 x20223 x03203 hammer on to x03223 x01203 ( That's the Cadd9 chord) There are some alteration in the bridge: x22200 x23021 and x23020
