When is someone going to release a Replacements DVD? I'm sure there's enough concert footage, TV appearances, videos, etc. to make it worth while. (Unless such a DVD exists.)

I got outbid once on Ebay for a DVD called something like 'The Replacements - The Greatest Band of the Eighties' that had videos, TV appearences, some live tunes, etc.

There is an extensive one available that is sometimes sold on E-Bay and at shady record stores.
I don't suggest buying it, none of the money will go to those who deserve it.
It is not unethical to trade for it though.
keep your eyes peeled. It very recently started getting duped and traded by fans.

Yeah, check out the usenet group called alt.music.replacements
There is a "weed" circulating on that board with the dvd. If you don't know what a weed is just ask on that board. Someone will explain.

I don't know if it's the same discs that are selling on E-bay, but I just got a cool, 2-disc Mats DVD today. It has lots of interviews. Most of the interviews are during the All Shook Down era, when Paul was more willing to "play the interview game." There's some live performances (SNL and some small club performances), and some videos. There's also some Bash & Pop, Chris Mars, and PW solo stuff on there. Overall it's very cool...
Unfortunately I don't have a DVD authoring program, or I'd be able to copy these for the people who want it.
