Not to speak for KGP but yeah I believe he covered this at a show in Louisville. From what I've found it was at the Brown Theatre in 2004.

Where did Paul play Glad Girls? That is great, I always thought Guided By Voices and Bob Pollard were much like PW and his. Bob Pollard is a huge fan of Paul but does not like Bob Mould, go figure.

I saw GBV in their final tour in Seattle, they were great.

Paul never has, and never will cover a GBV song, a Clash song, or to my knowledge even a Foghat song...Its just one of those things..
