Didn't Paul play this (as a DJ) when he was on the radio with Steve Jones a while back? I haven't heard this in so long I forgot how it goes. I just remember that I really liked it.

Sorry to be lazy/busy, but here's a couple of covers I'd like to hear PW/HOF:
Free Man in Paris -- Joni Mitchell Death of a Clown -- Kinks Sunday Morning Coming Down -- Kristofferson Souvenirs -- Prine These Days -- Jackson Browne Suspicious Minds -- Elvis

Sunday Morning Coming Down -- Kristofferson great tune. I think PW could pull this one off quite well.

I was listening to 'You Don't Own Me' half-asleep this morning and dreamt Paul did an incredibly bilious live version.
I forgot 'Kentucky Rain' in my first list, too.

Not to speak for KGP but yeah I believe he covered this at a show in Louisville. From what I've found it was at the Brown Theatre in 2004.

He played it at the 2004 Kentucky show, and also at the Scala show in October.

not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but how about a double disc of all new material with a hidden track cover of ace of spades?

Where did Paul play Glad Girls? That is great, I always thought Guided By Voices and Bob Pollard were much like PW and his. Bob Pollard is a huge fan of Paul but does not like Bob Mould, go figure.
I saw GBV in their final tour in Seattle, they were great.

Where did Paul play Glad Girls? Paul never has, and never will cover a GBV song, a Clash song, or to my knowledge even a Foghat song...Its just one of those things.. Cf.
