Received email over weekend from "rhino@wmgcustomerservice.com": "Hello, Thank you for contacting customer service. We are very sorry for the belated nature of this response. It has always been, and always will be, our mission to provide the best service to the fans of our artists. However, due to a complex warehouse move we now have a significant backlog of both customer inquiries and shipments, and as a result we haven't been able to deliver at the level that we pride ourselves on. For those waiting on their orders, while we wish we could give you an exact estimate as to when your order will ship, we are still awaiting the exact order status details that we urgently want to get to you. We are putting 100% of our focus and dedication into a solution to this shipping delay, and we are currently working with our warehouse partner to send out outstanding orders. We wish we had been able to have communicated this to you sooner, but we had relied on assurances from our warehouse partner that they would be able to quickly resolve the backlog of orders, and they haven't been able to honor this commitment. We must again apologize for this delay in reaching out to you. While it is not our place to be making requests of you, we do hope that you will continue to be patient with us, as we work through these issues and work with our current partnet to ship out your order as soon as possible. My order status is still "not shipped". I am furious! I would love to cancel my order and get my money back, but I really want that bonus cassette tape and cbf hunting it down elsewhere. This has to be the worst customer service I've received from an online company in nearly 20 years I have been ordering stuff on the internet. I used to work in warehousing and I reckon if we had fucked things up like these guys have people would be losing their jobs.

Has everyone got theirs yet? Mine is still "not shipped", and they are still not answering emails with anything except the generic auto response. Guess that's $130 I may as well have set on fire...

Rhino claims a 4-6 week shipping time for international orders, but man, they shipped at the end of Sept., over 7 weeks ago. Any chance of speaking to a live person on the phone? Sorry to hear of your issues with Rhino...

Ok so finally I have received an email telling me my order has shipped! I was stoked, but then when I looked at the order it stated:
Order Summary

WTF??? Does this mean I'm not getting the cassette? Will they ship it at a later date? Could they possibly fuck things up more than they already have?

I got the same email. I don’t care if I get the cassette or not, I never did really. I’m just over the moon that the order has finally shipped!

I have opened a claim with Paypal in hopes of getting my money back. To say I'm pissed off would be an understatement. I will never be ordering anything again from Rhino.

wow, sorry to hear about this; it's rather insane. If I were their manager (do they have one?? Is Darren also their manager in addition to handling Paul's stuff?), I'd be a little angry that the product isn't getting to the fans outside the States. Rhino really messed up on this one. Seems like they have crappy communication with the fans as to what is going on.

By second copy I meant the exact same tape has been mailed out to me. There’s nothing different about it. I’m just amazed at the sheer incompetence of Rhino haha. I probably should have worded my original post a little better.
