Very cool indeed. To just see him back out doing something creative after the tour, and with an actual fellow musician, makes me very happy. That's his gettin down to business look - probably swearing at himself as he puts pieces of something together in his head.

Paul should form a band with the women he has rocked with over the years.
He could play drums and have Juliana, Joan Jett, and Johnette Napolitano out front.
THE FATALLY FEMME w/ special guest Lucinda Williams

Juliana Hatfield attaches herself to musicians far more talented than she is and seems way too publicity hungry...all these vague allusions to 'collaborating' and posting PW pictures..he should work with the greats, not glorified 'groupies with guitars.'

What took me so long?! I finally found an excellent hardback copy of When I Grow Up and am about half way through it. Very much enjoying her memoir and I really like the way it's laid out with every other chapter focusing on a tour with Some Girls interspersed with stories about her developing career. Well done, Juliana!
As a side note, I've also been thrilled these last years with American Laundromat Records reissuing some of her solo albums as well as Blake Babies' work. And the "Christmas Cactus" single-- oh man. LOVE that little record! Thank you ALR!
